The dining room of Le Ramus changes face as the hours pass. In the morning, light enters through the tall openings and grazes the raw stone. In the afternoon, it stretches across the wood and copper. In the evening, the ironwork takes over and the space draws closer around the tables. It is not a fixed setting — it is a framework that breathes at the rhythm of those who settle within it.
Wheelchair accessibility was considered from the outset, not added as an afterthought. Circulation is wide, levels minimised wherever possible. Every table is reachable without detour. Comfort is extended to all, without anyone having to ask for it. It is an architectural decision, not a symbolic gesture.
